A complete one-room unit with kitchen cabinetry, shower, toilet and basin, Mitsubishi air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Ready to live in as soon as it is connected.
The ASh is our most popular starting point — a single self-contained unit that works as a study, a granny flat, a first home on a rural block or staff accommodation.
Everything is already fitted when it arrives. The kitchen cabinetry, the shower, the toilet and the basin are installed and plumbed at our Woolner factory, the Mitsubishi air conditioner is mounted and charged, and the ceiling fan is wired in. On site it needs power, water and waste connected and very little else.
The walls are EPS cooling panel — the same panel technology used in commercial cool rooms — so the unit holds temperature through a Top End build-up far better than a conventional stud-and-sheet wall.
