A Territory family business, eighteen years in
From importing toys in 2006, to furniture in 2007, to housing the Territory today.
Affordable and Easy Homes began as a family-owned company in 2006, when a father and his three sons entered the import market with a toy business trading as Ash Toys.
In 2007 they expanded into importing furniture, which became known as Albatat Furniture. Eighteen years of buying direct from overseas manufacturers taught the family what a product should actually cost — and how much of a retail price is simply margin stacked along the way.
That experience is now in housing. We import extendable and flatpack demountables, assemble and finish them ourselves in Woolner, and sell them across the Northern Territory at a price we will guarantee against anyone in the country.
