How much does a home cost?
Pricing depends on the model, the layout you choose and where it has to be delivered, so we quote each job rather than publish a single figure.
Send us an enquiry with the model you are interested in and the suburb or community it is going to, and we will come back to you with a full price — including delivery — with no hidden costs. We also offer a 10% price beat guarantee against any comparable unit in Australia.
What does the price actually include?
Our quotes are all-in. There are no hidden costs added later.
The unit is delivered with the Mitsubishi air conditioning, ceiling fans, kitchen cabinetry, and the shower, toilet and basin already installed. What sits outside our quote is the work on your own block — the footings or slab, and the final connection of power, water and waste by your licensed trades. We will tell you exactly what that scope is before you commit.
How long does it take?
Far less time than a conventional build. Because the unit is manufactured off site and finished in our Woolner factory, the work on your block is measured in hours rather than months.
We hold stock and we hold parts, so there is no waiting on a container for a missing component. Contact us for the current lead time on the model you want.
Are these homes built for the Top End climate?
Yes — that is the entire design brief. Our units are built for hot and tropical conditions, not adapted to them afterwards.
The walls are EPS cooling panel, the same technology used in commercial cool rooms and freezers, contributing to an eight-star energy rating. The windows are double glazed, the roof has a cooling panel plus a third layer of roof sheet, and Mitsubishi air conditioning is installed before the unit leaves us. The panel is also termite resistant, fire resistant and water resistant, and it does not need painting or crack like a conventional wall.
Will it stand up to a Territory wet season?
The units are built and finished here in Darwin, by people who live through the same wet season you do.
Every site is different, so before you order we will confirm what engineering certification and tie-down your particular location needs — wind region requirements vary considerably across the Territory. Ask us and we will give you the documentation in writing for your block.
Do you deliver outside Darwin?
Yes. We deliver across the whole Northern Territory — Darwin and the rural area, Katherine, Tennant Creek, Alice Springs, the pastoral stations and remote communities.
Delivery is quoted with the unit so you can see the real landed cost up front. Tell us the destination when you enquire.
Can I change the layout?
Yes, and most customers do. You choose your layout design and we build it.
Because the panels are manufactured to order, moving a wall, changing the wet area or adding a bedroom costs a fraction of what the same change would cost part-way through a conventional house build. Send us a sketch — it does not need to be a drawing set.
What warranty comes with the home?
Every unit we sell comes with a three-year warranty included. We also stock the parts and accessories for the homes we sell, so if something ever needs replacing you are not waiting on an overseas order.
Can I see one before I buy?
Yes. Come and see us at 37 Bishop Street, Woolner, where the units are assembled and finished. Seeing the wall panel in person is usually what settles the decision. Call 0404 660 670 to arrange a time.
